The kitchen goes through great lengths to procure the best possible products and prepare them with respect, creating menu items with both the appeal of texture and flavor, using elevated techniques.
Dine in an elegantly appointed dining room while enjoying one of our house specialties; Specialties such as Beef Wellington with Demi-Glace, Chilean Sea Bass with Strawberry Rhubarb Black Pepper Wine Sauce or Chateaubriand (for two). Finish your meal with Apple Fritters served with Creme Anglaise.
Dine under the stars on the veranda overlooking our perennial gardens open April through October. Plumbush Restaurant & Inn features romantic, intimate dining rooms with working fireplaces for tables of 2 up to 16 guests.
