The kitchen goes through great lengths to procure the best possible products and prepare them with respect, creating menu items with both the appeal of texture and flavor, using elevated techniques.

Our unrelenting commitment to excellence by our kitchen demands that we cultivate the growth of a purposeful and wisely selected wine list to compliment our food. You can't have delicious food without great wine; one is intended not only to compliment the other, but to inspire one another as well.

Dine in an elegantly appointed dining room while enjoying one of our house specialities; Specialties such as Alaskan Salmon with Whole Grain Mustard Maple Glaze served with Lentil Stew or Chateaubriand (for two) carved table side. Finish your meal with Apple Fritters served with Creme Anglaise.
